These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DecorAI – AI Interior Design mobile application and the website www.decoraiapp.design (together, the “Service”), provided by Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 to make purchases. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. License to use the Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DecorAI for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Subscriptions and payments
DecorAI offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple, Google, or our subscription partner RevenueCat, and renew automatically until cancelled in your platform’s subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
5. User content and AI-generated content
You retain ownership of the room photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content to our AI providers solely to deliver the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any content. AI-generated images are produced by automated systems and are provided “as is” for inspiration and design exploration. You may save, share, and use AI-generated outputs for your own personal use; commercial redistribution may require additional rights. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or that contains personal data of others without consent.
6. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service.
- No use to generate unlawful, defamatory, sexual, or hateful content.
- No use to impersonate others or create misleading likeness.
- No use that violates any applicable law or third-party rights.
7. Disclaimers
DecorAI provides AI-generated visual inspiration. It is not a substitute for professional interior design, structural, electrical, plumbing, or construction advice. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue any part of the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where local consumer law provides otherwise.
