Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the DecorAI – AI Interior Design mobile application and the website www.decoraiapp.design (together, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using DecorAI, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information such as email address (when you create an account or contact us).
- Photos you upload of rooms or spaces in order to generate AI interior design ideas.
- Style preferences, prompts, and feedback you submit inside the app.
- Payment-related identifiers handled by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat (we do not store full card details).
Information collected automatically
- Device data (device model, operating system, language, time zone, app version).
- Usage data (features used, screens viewed, in-app events, crash logs).
- Approximate location derived from IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location).
- Identifiers used by analytics and advertising tools, subject to your platform consent.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the core service: generating AI room redesigns from your photos.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service, including troubleshooting and analytics.
- To process subscriptions and in-app purchases.
- To personalize content and feature recommendations within the app.
- To send service messages, security notices, and (with consent) product updates.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. Third-party services we use
We use carefully selected providers to help us operate DecorAI. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
- RevenueCat – subscription management and entitlements.
- Firebase (Google) – authentication, app hosting, crash reporting, push notifications.
- Google AdMob – advertising in free versions of the app where applicable.
- OpenAI – AI text and prompt processing for design generation.
- Microsoft Azure – cloud infrastructure, image processing, and storage.
- Replicate – hosted AI image generation models (including xAI Grok Imagine Image).
- Fal.ai – additional AI image generation infrastructure.
- Google Analytics – aggregated traffic and engagement analytics for the website and app.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook) – measurement and advertising effectiveness on Meta platforms.
- Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights – website performance and aggregate traffic metrics.
4. AI-generated content and your photos
Photos you upload may be transmitted to our AI providers (OpenAI, Replicate, Fal.ai, and Microsoft Azure) only for the purpose of generating your requested redesign. We do not sell your photos. We do not use your photos to train public foundation models. Generated images are stored so you can revisit, save, or share them inside the app, and you can delete them at any time.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
On our website, we use first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Vercel Analytics). You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. On iOS, advertising tracking is governed by App Tracking Transparency.
6. Data sharing
We share personal data only:
- With the third-party processors listed above, under contract and only as needed.
- With Apple and Google for app distribution and payment processing.
- If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- In connection with a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, restructuring), with appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated images and prompts are retained until you delete them or your account. Backups and logs are retained for limited periods consistent with security and legal obligations.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@rocketdigital.ai. You can also delete your account from within the app.
9. Children
DecorAI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. International transfers
We are based in Hong Kong and our providers may process data in the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest with our cloud providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
